Nikola B. Stanojević

Attorney at Law Nikola B. Stanojevic was born on 18.12.1953. in Knin. He graduated at the Faculty of Law University of Belgrade in 1977. From 1977. to 1989. he worked a various positions in commercial enterprises, administrative and state bodies.In 1989. He was elected for the position of the Deputy of the District Public Prosecutor in Jagodina and afterwords he was fullfilling duties of the District Public Prosecutor till October 2001. year. From October 2001. he works as the Attorney at Law with office based in Belgrade.

In his work he is specialized in the Criminal law. Currently he is elected as the defense attorney in numerous cases before the Special Department of the Higher Court in Belgrade and he is also engaged before the Department for War Crimes of Higher Court of Belgrade.

Before the International War Crimes Tribunal in Hague he was elected defense attorney in the case IT-02-54-T-R77.2.
